The Coretech 833 Knee Brace offers support for knee injuries such as MCL and ACL tears, strains, and sprains while also reducing the risks of reinjury.

This knee brace is the ultimate injury recovery brace, providing medial and lateral support, a hinge angle immobilization selector, above and below knee support straps, and mid-knee compression. It is recommended to adjust the hinge angle before putting the brace on; however, hinge adjustments may be made while wearing the brace if preferred.

This brace is designed with internal silicone bands to prevent slipping and shifting during normal and heavy-duty activity. It is easy to put on and lightweight enough for use in non-contact sports.

The dual-hinge design with extension and flexion aluminum pins permit easy on-the-go adjustments, allowing the knee to bend from 0, 10, 20, 40, 60, 90, or 150 degrees.

This brace integrates easy clip-on buckles and trimmable velcro straps for the perfect fit to help users progress through injury recovery or post-surgery rehabilitation.

High-performance neoprene promotes air circulation throughout the knee. To prevent bunching, there is a soft, breathable fabric present in the back hinge area where the knee bends.
